Shared Access Available Options: 

View Only Access 

  • View Account and applicable history under My Accounts only. 


Transfer Access 

  • Based on available funds between allowed accounts. 


Bill Pay Access 

  • Access can be granted with full authority to system-defined limits 
  • Dollar limit thresholds can be set for payments. 
  • If a payment is created over this threshold, the client who has granted the access must login to their Online Banking and approve the payment prior to processing. 
  • No access to add or modify payees 

Shared Access Limitations: 

  • No access via Mobile App 
  • Sub-Users may not login or access accounts via LegacyTexas Mobile App. 
  • No access to Auxiliary Services: 
  • External Transfers 
  • PopMoney 
  • Mobile Deposit 
  • Direct Connectivity for Quicken or Quickbooks 
  • Online Statements
