Shared Access Available Options:
View Only Access
- View Account and applicable history under My Accounts only.
Transfer Access
- Based on available funds between allowed accounts.
Bill Pay Access
- Access can be granted with full authority to system-defined limits
- Dollar limit thresholds can be set for payments.
- If a payment is created over this threshold, the client who has granted the access must login to their Online Banking and approve the payment prior to processing.
- No access to add or modify payees
Shared Access Limitations:
- No access via Mobile App
- Sub-Users may not login or access accounts via LegacyTexas Mobile App.
- No access to Auxiliary Services:
- External Transfers
- PopMoney
- Mobile Deposit
- Direct Connectivity for Quicken or Quickbooks
- Online Statements
