Add Funding Account(s)

 

Within Bill Pay you may self-service the addition of your LegacyTexas Checking and Money Market Checking accounts. When adding an account via self-service a micro-deposit verification will be required and may take 1 – 3 business days to settle. 

 

To add an account, complete the following steps:

 

  • Select Bill Pay
  • On the bottom right of the screen under ‘I want to…’ select Manage Funding Accounts.
  • Select Add an account.
  • Enter the following information:

Bank Name: LegacyTexas

Account Number: Full Checking Account Number

Routing Number: 111901234

Account Nickname: (optional)

  • Select Add Account.

 

To verify an account, complete the following steps:

 

  • Select Bill Pay
  • On the bottom right of the screen under ‘I want to…’ select Manage Funding Accounts.
  • Select Validate next to the newly added account.
  • Enter the micro-deposit amounts into the appropriate fields.
  • Select Validate..

 

 

Manage Account Nickname(s)

 

Within Bill Pay you may self-service the addition of a nickname to identify your LegacyTexas Checking and Money Market Checking funding accounts. To add a funding account nickame complete the following steps:

 

  • Select Bill Pay
  • On the bottom right of the screen under ‘I want to…’ select Manage Funding Accounts.
  • Select Edit next to the applicable account.
  • Enter the preferred nickname and select Save.

 

Note: If you elect to receive an eBill, it does not mean your bill will be automatically paid. You will need to set up automatic payments after the eBill enrollment is complete.


 

Manage Alert Preferences

 

Within Bill Pay you may opt-out of the automated system messaging. To change your preferences complete the following steps:

 

  • Select Bill Pay
  • On the bottom right of the screen under ‘I want to…’ select Edit reminder and alert preferences.
  • Select the checkbox next to each item to enable or disable.
  • Select Save.

 

 

Manage Email Address

 

Within Bill Pay you may have an alert email separate from that on file for your online banking. To update your bill pay email address complete the following steps:

 

  1. Select My Settings
  2. Select Edit next to Security Options. 
  3. Under email, select Update primary email.
  4. Select Use a different address for Bill Pay.
  5. Enter your preferred bill pay email address.
  6. Enter your Online Banking password to confirm.
  7. Select Save.
